Jab, Cross, body hook, low kick
1 round:
Jab, Cross, body hook, low kick, cross, switch kick
2 rounds:
Same except 2x kicks
1 round:
Same add front kick
2 rounds:
4 front kicks, 4 punches, 4 low kicks, 4 switch kicks
puking feeling
3 min situps 12-lb medicine ball
50 pushups
