There's no doubting BJ Penn. Joe is a good fighter, Penn is just better. There are guys in each weight class that are put up as the standard for a reason. Penn's only losses have been to Jens Pulver (top of the mountain at the time), Machida, GSP, and Matt Hughes. That's nothing to be ashamed about in my opinion, and everytime he wins we are reminded why he's considered the best. I look for Penn to snag a submission out of nowhere, catch Joe off guard and welcome him to the top 10 properly.
But I wouldn't be surprised if Joe stole the victory, they like to play up that "underdog" angle but we all know in MMA ANYTHING is possible. You think about all the "upsets" in MMA you have to be optimistic.
