Morning:
3 chins
Plus I threw in,
10 jumping-jacks
10 mountain climbers

In the evening I did 3x5 on the clean and press. (35 lbs) Weights are still new to me.
Also I tried to hit a max on stuff:
3 chins
35 push-ups
30 squats
Not bad, but not great. Since the last time I tried any sort of max, the numbers are about the same but they somehow seemed easier this time.
For example, the last time I tried to max out on chins, I did 3 and about blew a gasket out doing it. This time I just did them.
