I use it all the time, and I time it too.
Lets say you are above me, whether it be jumping, flying or just falling and waiting to land, I will push B and by the time you are about to hit the ground it will hit you.
I love when I get that on the other 3 players, and kick them all out of the screen at the same time, to hear the crowd cheer "Falcon, Falcon"
