Had extra time this morning, so instead of just doing my 15 squats, I did:
15 squats
15 lunges
15 modified hamstring curls. (15 each side)
15 calf raises.
15 superman raises.

Got home around 9:30 again.
I did not want to work out.
I managed to do 3x5 of sprints.
