I eat organic/whole foods. No interest in gaining or losing weight.
Injuries
Broken my left foot three times
Very bad right elbow
Hernias, two of them, one umbilical and one inguinal
Background
I started working out five years ago. When I started, I could not complete a single pushup. During the next 4 years I did nothing but pushups and crunches. Then I discovered the training forums at Sherdog and a website called rosstraining.com. My life changed after that.
I work two jobs so between that and my family, I do not always have a lot of time to work out. Working out is a hobby to me, it does not run my life.

Workout:
Because of my bad elbow, I cannot do any exercises which requires me to bend my elbow. So cleans, rows, snatches and presses are all out. I do chin-ups and pull-ups and it is all my elbow can do to handle the stress. For the squats/RDL I use dumbbells.

Romanian Deadlift 5x5 (max)
Chin/pull: 5x2
Wednesday
30 min. jog/walk
Overhead press with sandbag 5x5
Friday
Front Squat 5x5 (max)
Chin/pull: 5x2
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Boxing will be on one of these days. (as I go once per week)
For any days I am not at boxing class, I will 3x5 on the heavy bag or cardio or take the day off.

The following I will use as filler:
3x10 burpees, v-ups, dips, crunches, pushups
3x5 Turkish getup
3x5 ab roller
5x5 chin/pull
3x5 shadow box/heavy bag
100 sledgehammer swings
3x10 with the CoC #1
5x5 sprints (30 sec. normal pace, one min. sprint)
3x10 squats, lunges, hamstring lifts, calf raises

Morning stuff
This will be spent working on new tasks. (pistols, ab-wheel, etc)
Monday - mini - legs
Tuesday - mini - upper body
Wednesday - mini - off
Thursday - mini - core
Friday - mini - upper body
Sat. - mini - legs
I also walk for 15 min. in the morning.
