OK workout. The heavier weights were gone before I could grab them, so the snatches and push presses were way light. My double under skills are lacking, so that took me half of the workout to complete. However, this week was a long one with a lot of training. That combined with cutting weight had me absolutely drained tonight. Afterwards, I went to the gym to try and do some ME overhead work and some pullups, but it was pointless. 135lb OHP felt like a ton. Just gonna get some food, relax a bit and sleep, train MMA tomorrow morning and than I can rest until Monday.
