Light recovery day.
Spent 30min or so working on O-lifting technique. Good for improving flexibility through full ROM and refining technique so that I can REALLY get the benefit form these lifts.
Tabata Squats:
Lowest score was 21.
Definitely felt like I could have done more, but tomorrow should be pretty rough, and I needed to recovery day.
