Today was a mixed bag. While I felt great during my conditioning workout, I had to do it too close to my grappling session, and I was pretty much useless during it. The positive was that I had to rely completely on technique, because I didn't have the energy to do much at all. This will teach me to just get the hell out of bed in the morning so that I can recover through the day.

20 Pullups (kipping)
20 Situps
20 Kettlebell Swings 55lbs
200m Run
Surprisingly, the situps were the toughest part once I got to round 2. It was almost impossible to breath during them. However, the swings were light and were sort of my rest during the circuit as I didn't have to work to hard to snap it up. I definitely love having other people to race. Now, I just need to start beating all of them.
