I'd edit them into the first post, but we have a slight character limit issue.
OTM is horribly out-dated, and very behind. Hell there's many Mundial and ADCC champions not even entered on that.
Wikipedia itself I pretty much detest for non-mainstream sport recording. There's so many inaccuracies on there it gets you laughing.
However, sources for the majority come from three main places. The rest are from personal websites, interviews etc. I'll list the big three here, so others can also use them.

I'll look into my favourites later for any others. Those are the main starting places though. If only BJJ were as easy as finding amateur wrestling and judo results...
