Great info, thanks King. I should have been more specific. I was also wondering if you were answering that way based on what he asked. You covered everything I wanted to know and more. I appreciate it.
Edit: King, would you suggest adding just 5% leucine rather than 5% BCAAs for a during/post workout drink? I would be using it after lifting and after MT practice.
