I would think there are a ton of INCREDIBLE instructors in the US.
However, I would think Brazil is cheaper, and you can still find top notch instructoers there.
I think Robert Drysdale has some type of training holiday program. You have to check his homepage. Also, if you search this site, I think stuff has been posted about it before.
