Hmm... Thickbar, thickbar, thickbar... I can clean 120 pounds with either a 2'' or 2.5'' handled bar. But my grip strength was surpassing my overall body strength so I racked them for the time being. Occasionally I'll do a few one arm cleans with the thickbar.
Overhead squats with dumbells are quite a workout. I've done windmills and OHS with one dumbell up to 100 pounds for a few reps.
One of my ultimate goals would be to walk into any commercial gym and be able to one arm snatch their heaviest db. And also be able to press it. Which isn't too difficult now... The heaviest db in the last commercial gym I went to was 120 pounds.
