I've been going ATG for a month and a half or so now. Doing working sets with 188-90 pound barbell. Usually 4 sets of 6 reps with that weight. I did that workout last week and didn't experience any soreness at all. So I'll increase the weight next workout.
My previous best is 225 for 6. But my form was terrible and I had to start from scratch. That's where I am now.
