I've got a problem. Carnal, I'm especially looking to you for help.
I can't squat for shit. The most I've squatted was 285 for 1 rep. That's some pussy shit. But I consider myself pretty strong because I can bench 285 (probably more) and I just DL'd 445.
I know I need to squat more, but do you have any other suggestions or a possible explanation?
I'm plan on starting Smolov in a few weeks.
