The reason Sherk tested positive for any Nandrolone ****bolites at all is because he stopped taking them 3-5 days too late to test clean.
Sherk's guilt is an open and shut case.
Even 2 ng/ml (two nanograms per mililiter) is a positive test for a male Olympic athletes. Sherk tested 6 times over the baseline threshold of a positive test and more than 120 times greater than the next closest male athlete at the Nagano Olympics.
