Well, I'm on vacation with my family here in Santa Fe. My brother lives out here, and we've been spending our time in the mountains and snow. No real formal workouts, just a lot of activity.
The other day, we went sledding on a pretty big hill. Every time I went down, I would run back up as fast as possible. I figured since there was a hill there, I'd take advantage of it

Other than that a lot of hiking and such.
However, the place we're staying at does have a small weight room, so I got a workout in yesterday. Pretty decent actually, although I managed to weak my back a bit. Yesterday evening, I was pretty miserable, but a couple of vicadin fixed that, and today I am only mildly sore. Anyway, here's what I did:
Bench Press:
135x2x10
185x5
205x5
225x5
255x3
275x1
205x15
Bentover Row:
255x5x5
Clean and Jerk 135x30 - 5:52
This was a lot tougher than normal, due to the altitude. I came from just about sea level, and Santa Fe is about 6500ft, so I'm still adjusting.
