If you go after that soldier and kill him....you will have become him in essence.
If you do go after him....do it legally. A soldier who has killed a civilian (by the means you described ) is guilty of a war crime. There are legal channels you can pursue.....and I hope that is the path you take......

Yeah I dont know if you know much about the bosnian civil war...alot of war crimes happend him killing some old lady wont get him anytime.
