I train MT some and let me tell you, if even a blue belt gets you in the clinch and managed to get it fully sinked in...your in for some pain.
Just watch Anderson Silva vs Franklin 1 and Wanderlei vs Rampage to see the level of pain that an educated MT clinch can bring. Kneese from thin position are very hard to block and even if you do they can generate enough momentum on them useing the clinch that after 1-2 your arms will be quite sore.
