By the looks of it, you answered your own question.
If you have an undefeated 6-0 record, you shouldn't have a problem getting fights from smaller organizations (King of the Cage, etc). You'll have to travel, but most fighters do - you have to give a bit before you start receiving.
Be prepared for the step up in competition, as well. Professional fighters are exactly that - professional. Fighting is what they do, and they train their whole lives to fight, while amateurs train on the side of their professional jobs.
