LINKS AND INFORMATION
Sherdog's editor is all f*cked up so I can't properly edit these links. Some are repeats, some are down, some don't exist, and some need to be updated. But most importantly a bunch of links need to be added. Jay's website is massively updated so head to the first link in the list for almost all the Jay White content there is.
Official Jay White links:
-Jay's website (it's been massively updated and looks great): Jay White | MMA Fighter, Trainer - XTreme Couture

Jay spent the holidays around the NY Area. Here's a summed up itenary of what he was up to in regards to training/teaching. I'll post some links so you guys can check out some of the places he's been telling us about:

-12/22-rolled with Ryan Clark and Jerry Speigel (friends of Jay's) at NY Boxing.
Sherdog page of Speigel: Advertising at Sherdog.com
Ryan Clark runs classes at L.A. Boxing in Loudonville, NY (just outside Albany). If you check that place out, I'm sure you can get in touch with him.

L.A. Boxing
457 Albany Shaker Rd.
Loudonville, NY 12211
518-489-8269

Ryan also has a MySpace page so feel free to look him up and get ahold of him that way. I won't be linking it out of respect for his privacy.

Update: Drostj2 (the ThreadStarter) has recently taken his first steps into becoming a pro-fighter. Ryan is no longer with L.A. Boxing and now trains at NY Boxing (Home). I can say for a fact that this is the best gym in the capital region that I have ever trained at (and I've tried everybody). The price is unbeatable, the instruction is fantastic, the people are great, and some decent talent is developing their respective games within the academy. I took my time and chose what school would be best for me and I can definitely say this academy is fantastic. If you're local and you want to check out a great gym, I strongly suggest you to check it out. PM me for more information.

-12/27-Lionkill BJJ in Kingston (about an hour north of NYC). Lionkill is a Helio Soneca school run by two of Jay's former students: Nolan Dutcher and James Linic. The Lionkill website is no longer up but James is on MySpace (and I think Nolan is too) so feel free to look them up. The seminar will be taking place at Black and Blue MMA in Kingston NY. The seminar was from 6pm-8pm and costed $25 (not bad at all). Here's the Black & Blue website (it's kinda messed up though) as well as their address and a map on where it is: Google Maps
Black & Blue MMA
260 Plaza Road
Kingston Plaza
Kingston, NY 12401

Lionkill BJJ has an additional location in Troy, NY. More information on that school in post #26 of this thread.

-12/28-Trained with the guys at Bruno Tostes' School in Latham. I have personally rolled with Bruno and let me tell you that guy is awesome. His flying armbars were off the hook. He's a BJJ Purple belt under Renzo last time I checked him out. I believe he's also highly ranked in Judo. On top of that, he's just a really nice guy. He's also got some of the best prices around. Here's a link to his school's website:
Bruno Tostes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy

-12/29-Seminars with Nick Sanzo at TNT Wrestling. The seminar's were from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. Nick Sanzo was Jay's first BJJ instructor. Nick also fought in UFC 12. Here's his fightfinder entry: Fight Finder - Nick Sanzo's Mixed Martial Arts Statistics
The TNT Wrestling Center comes highly recommended by some local wrestlers. Here's how you can get ahold of them.

TNT Training Center
20 Rail Road Ave (crosses Fuller Rd)
Albany, NY 12205
518-346-3662

How did the seminars go? Here's what Jay had to say on page 2.
