Once the package arrives at your house, chances are they will give you good feedback for paying on time. Once that is done you launch a complaint with PayPal and tell them you never received the package but paid in full. 9 out of 10 times PayPal will refund you your money in full regardless of what the seller says. They have a policy that favors the buyer. They want people to be sending money so they can make take their percentage, if someone gets screwed they won't stick with PayPal and the company losses money.

I've had someone do this to me and they took money out of my Paypal account. I know they received the item and even provided Paypal with all the information they asked for to prove the item was sent. They still took the money out of my account. On the other hand, when I received an item that was broken and not as described, I filed a complaint with Paypal and after a few weeks they sent me an email saying they couldn't get anything from the guy because his Paypal account had no money in it. Man, I hate thieves.
