there is really no QA process as far as the Oklahoma dept of health goes. The state is more concerned with the whether or not your truck or chopper is washed than they are with actual pt care. most actually don't know enough about actual patient care to make an informed decision as to whether an action or treatment was justified. so basically you can kill someone with the wrong drug dose or even abandon patients as long as your truck is clean and you're chummy with the inspector

wow, this is the exact opposite of how it is around here in St.Louis. The EMT-P exam, especially the practicals are nearly impossibe. It takes most people an average of 2 or 3 times to pass.
