Something really similar happened in a shop I worked in before, the one mentioned above. I wasnt there the day it happened, but a guy walked in and walked over to the combi tv and video section, pulled one down off display and walked over to repairs with it, calmly asked "do you repair these here?" to which the answer was no, said "fair enough" and walked back out the door with it. Genius. Have a number of similar theft stories, some of them are genius.
