Those would have been the travel loving westernised ones who dont care for Japanese conformity and ritual, a far cry from the ones who live their life here without ever leaving their own prefecture, and have a lot of the symptoms I mentioned earlier.
Lots of gaijin here date Japanese girls.........for a little while. Nearly every one of them eventually breaks up and the usual lingering sentiments was "she was just too much of a headcase!!". One or two Ive known here have worked and in both cases the guy was a pushover who accommodated all her weirdness as in both cases he had zero success with western women in his native country.
