i dont recommend mixing paint in particular in a warehouse with a broken ventilation system unless you wanna come home and scrape the shit out a new nissan titan coming in to your own drive way

on the other side though if you wanna get into the best shape of your life eat what ever the fuck you want and just try to do all the physical work and let your co-workers do the mixing then i say try it out.it was insane how much shit i would eat at lunch and after work and i would still lose weight


also if you forget your phone at a sporting arena ive seen guys take out some chip and putt it on their phone and buy a whole bunch of songs and shit with it.their is a slim chance you will get anything of value you left it will be home with in minutes of you leaving.
