Wendy's
The chili is made from unused meat the day before. The pieces that break or cant be sold
are tossed in a bin and sit around most of the day and then are used the next morning
for chili. The process is not that bad if the correct steps are followed to cool, handle and store the meat correctly. Many times they are not. Although this may have been changed since its been years since I worked there.
Various restaurants
This goes without saying but do not mess with the people that make or bring out your
food. Restaurant staff does not wash hands nearly enough.
Hospital
If you are a trauma victim you will get a finger far up your ass to check for internal bleeding when the dr's are assessing you in addition to being stripped butt naked in front of 10 to 15 people. Many trauma victims that spend alot of time in intensive care units (ICU's) end up getting some nasty multi drug resistant infections from overworked nurses and ignorant house keepers that dont clean properly.
