i've found a new way to diet..
new diet technique: eat what ever you want and as much as you can for how ever long you can last. and then you take your index finger (you can use two fingers if you like) and stick it down your throat. you'll notice that all that food you just ate will be thrown back up. its awesome i swear i lost 20 pounds with this new diet technique.
