Speed Deadlift
Was supposed to be 355, but that moved waaaaaay too slowly. So I kept it at 330
330x3x8 w/ 90 sec rest between sets
Circuit
Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps (135)
Bent over row: 8 reps (135)
Underhand lat pulldown: 8 reps (140)
Arched back good morning: 8 reps (115)
