Got though the first three parts rather easy 10:42
Broke push ups into 35-15-20-10-10-10
Sit ups I was about to do a straight 100 though it was a slow 100
Pull Ups weren't too bad for me due to weighing as much as a small Ham at Pathmark. did them in 10 -8 -2
The running took me 13:10, sucks cause today I was hyped to do this and it ended up snowing here in jersey, but the people at the school here did a nice job of keeping things clean at the track. I'm hoping to try this again before the new year (assuming this was a challenge for the 2007 year) and get to around 20 minutes and i'll be happy.
For any of the guys who broke 20, did you go at about 5min/mile with a good starting 3? or were you able to go even lower on your running?
