Alright I figured it was time to start a log, just to keep track for myself. Ill try to give as many details as possible on my workouts and sometimes nutrition. My goals are to get stronger, dynamite-esque explosiveness.
I have been training for about three years, I currently train kickboxing, judo, submission grappling 3-4 days a week, and lift tuesday/thursday/saturday for strength and muscular endurance. I want to get in a few kickboxing matches/grappling tournaments before starting MMA again to overcome my mental block while competing.

Numbers are not necessarily the most important to me, but I love getting gains. Being able to pick up people easier, hit harder, clinch tighter, and snap limbs effortlessly is my best test of improvement. Any suggestions on my log would be appreciated.
