Deadlift day
last DL day I had a lousy low energy workout withs lots of bad form on my deads. Today I'm gona back off the weight a bit and get a fresh start.

Bar,135,225,275 warm-up +8 mins on treadmill
295 5x6's still rounding my back a little on first rep
Pull-up's x7,6,6,6,6 doing a few sets through the week...not helping

I sux at these
BoR 135 4x10 is your upper body suposed to be rock steady on these? Hate to add weight untill i'm steady.
RDL 165 4x10 I really like these for some reason.
DE Shrug 240 3x10 trying to do these explosively in order to improve my cleans but I dont really seem to feel it in my traps.
did a few sets of regular shrugs with the heaviest dumbbell's I have 60's just to try to focus on my traps.
