The plan was for 305 5x5 but I moved my weight up a little to fast trying to hit 315 5x5
by Thanksgiving week because a buddy of mine is coming for a vist and I wanted to do
three wheels. My form sucked on my reps so I dropped the weight and tried to salvage the workout.
