My coach actually had a huge SHW (huge in both ways, he was plenty strong and muscular but carrying a bit too much adipose tissue even for an SHW) who managed to fake back problems. So the government paid him to lift weights. He couldn't compete unfortunately, because of the risk of being busted on the scam.
