One of my new years resolutions is to fix my diet, i.e. more calories and in healthier forms, along with a few more supps.
ZMA = what timing and in what doses? Before bed?
Creatine = pre/post WO? I drink about 6 cups of water during my WO, fyi.
I know these topics are heavily repeated, but honestly most of the answers are more confusing than the questions.
