Met a guy w/ 9 years experience in Muay Thai today that is probably going to be a new instructor at my MMA class. He's also 305 lbs of muscle. I asked what he did exercise wise, and he said "Isometrics and bodyweight stuff". Of course, he carries bundles of 20 foot pipe all day long at his job.
I'm drinking now cause I'm going to need to be fully sober, like three days sober, for this weekend's class.
