I like to use the High Crotch into a Double Leg takedown alot. It's a strong move because even if they sprawl, you still have a tight grip behind one of their knees so they can't get their legs away from you alogether.

It also makes it harder to push their hips down since you are right underneath them. From their it's easy to change your grip bring you trail leg up and around and a double you have !

As for throws I mainly use those three. The Firemans Carru and the Hip Toss mainly. The Arm Spin can be a little tricky.

But you can't beat a good single/double leg shot. No way.Those two are better than any throw and the best takedowns to use.
I've never really considered the Fireman's a throw. It's more of a dump. You're supposed to pull him over you, not throw. I loved that move in HS wrestling, and I'm sure it's even more effective in gi.
