You guys need to be harder on your callers. When they're bad enough to hurt the overall quality of the broadcast, euthanize those clowns. I'm talking mid-sentence. Just cut them loose. And tell Naseeb if he's going to ask 40 questions at least listen to the answers. It sounds like he's just waiting for a break to fire off the next one.
EDIT: I'm speaking specifically about the one caller I was unfortunate enough to catch. The one that went for about 15 minutes without a complete and proper sentence.
