did KK ever make that epic post on carb loading? i'm trying to search for it.
all i know from snips here and there on the board is that taking your creatine and BA with a bunch o carbs gets it going with better results.
since i'm heading to the gym when i stack BA/creatine, i usually make a fruit smoothie to spike my carbs and hide said suppliments. anything else i need to know?
