btw, has anyone documented possible problems from over-dosing on BA?

and the same for ODing with creatine? I've never heard anything other than horror stories and rumors about people cramping up and getting dehydrated.

anyone know of the possible negative effects? if I lift in the AM and come back and train MMA 6-8 hrs later, would taking creatine/BA 2x a day do anything negative?

we're talking 4-6g BA each session and 5g creatine each session. if i'm lifting and not training that day, i do 10g creatine 4-6g BA. if the day has no workout I run 5g creatine, 2-4g BA or no BA.
