I Hurt my back about 3 years ago On a Ego trip at the Gym Trying to BOR more weight than I had before. The pain is in my lower back and i re aggravated it Dl last week, Its really a pain in the ass, the day after i aggravate it i cant walk for more than a few steps without feeling pain and having to grab a knee but its usually limited to a one day thing and the next day it starts to recover. The doctor says my muscle has a small tear that swells around a nerve in my back causing pain. Sucks But back pain can be avoided just warm up real good before a workout I started DL a few weeks ago and was nervous because of my back but ive been increasing my numbers pretty steadly up until last week when i failed to warm up properly but lesson learned. Any way sorry for the rambling go see a DR. see what he says you might have to rest it for a couple weeks
