Yes. Don't mix your shake if you aren't going to be drinking it pretty quickly, within 20-30mins. Pure protein in the liquid form is an extremely fertile environment for airborne bacteria growth. Leaving a protein drink (reconstituted from powder) in a refrigerator for two hours is probably okay, but not overnight.
