Zerocrew, your progression is seriously impressive. Jason Ferrugia was recently asked in his log what he considers strong. And he answered that in his opinion the old timers had it right. I myself plan on starting some cycling and swimming on a regular basis once my HB is above 10. Until then I will stick to going for longer and longer walks every day. Weighed in at 72kg this morning. 3 kg in 5 days. Nice.

nice weight gain.. I for one know how hard it is to eat and put on weight with this disease.. granted I haven't had the kinds of surgery that you've had.. I'm pulling for you and admire you for taking these chances.. hang in there man
