Yeah, I finally experienced the unpleasant tingling sensations. After dosing ~2.5g BA with carbs and BCAA, it felt like ants crawling on my ass and ears while rolling.
At present I can offer no positive or negative feedback concerning performance, at ~2 weeks.
Like creatine, the research is sufficient for my continued use regardless of personal opinion, until the science changes.
