BW Calisthenics Circuit
4 rounds of:
10x..........Dips
10x..........Push-ups* (6 reps on 3rd round)
5x............Pull-ups (try to touch bar to chest, got a couple on the first two sets)
5x............Hanging Leg Raises
short water breaks between sets
-Core training
12 roman chairs
12 hyperextensions (not very comfortable)
injury report: sprinting and running out of the question till monday in stead try to do weighted stairs or lots of walking (left shin bugging me, right shin okay)
hydration: 500 ml water + 500 ml ice tea
