Tue 8/7: 6:30 am: Watch a fight with Kabuki, then run about 2.5 miles before hitting the gym.
10:30 am: Arrive at gym, my trainer has a press conference today, presumably for his upcoming induction into Boxing Hall of Fame. Anyhoo, he's not around for training today, but that doesn't stop us. After warm up, 3 rounds of slipping and ducking drills along the rope across the wall, then 4 rounds of heavy bag. After that. 2 rounds of moving around with KK, practicing on keeping my stance while catching punches and slipping. Follow this with 4 more rounds of heavy bag, then a few minutes of skipping rope, and then home.
9:15 pm: 100 v-ups and 50 pushups in progress. All in all a very productive day, in and out of the gym. Time for every fighters favorite dinner, CHICKEN BREASTS!!!! AGAIN!!! Firefox out.
