Well, parethesia and the brain is a non-issue, but the fact it blocks GABA re-uptake should make it, potentially, a nootropic. But there's so many variable actions of the neurotrasmitters and receptor sites in the brain, so who knows.
So far, it looks promising, though, the more I read about it.
