Well, when you only have to focus on one aspect of fighting, you're going to be that much stronger in that area. But when you have to concentrate on a bunch of different things, you're working on wrestling, jiu jistu, Muay Thai and boxing all in the same amount of time that other guys are dedicating to one thing. The guy has a legitimate point.

He makes a point but not regarding MMA you need to be good at a lot of different arts if your a world class striker you'll still get tooled by a good not great MMA fighter. That's why it makes no sence.
