I had a feeling that's what you were going to say. Currently, my pre/peri-workout drink looks like this:
35 g Waxy Maize Starch
13 g EAA Powder
5 g CEE
20 g Country Time Lite powder
I'll now be adding the BA to this concoction, as well. I figure I'll start at about 3 grams and go from there.
