Wear them. Axially loading a wrist when it's messed up is stupid. Wraps REALLY helped my wrist out. Don't listen to people who say they are "pussy".

Wear them on stuff like OHP, OHS, anything overhead, pushups, bench, anything where you're going to be loading your wrists.
